Our engineers have forged their careers in automotive industrial tooling, mechanical systems for the trucking industry as well as screw conveyor and belt conveyor design and manufacture. This experience combines at Brunton Engineering and Construction and allows us to deliver innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
Our Somerton workshop facilitates the design and manufacture of everything from small linear pulley systems to complex elevated screw conveyors.
The design and project management capabilities of Brunton Engineering and Construction take form when they reach our 2400 sq.m. workshop in Somerton, Victoria. Here our workforce of boilermakers and associated metalworkers have produced the structural steel for a diverse array of industrial, commercial and civil applications.
With two ten-tonne, and one fifty-tonne crane we’re confident of being able to handle projects of considerable size. While constantly refining our process chains from supply to freight and all items in between means that that our clients always achieve a cost-effective result.
Brunton Engineering and Construction’s civil department has experience in all facets of conveyor pits, concrete paving, factory floors, and robot and machinery foundations.
Our approach to civil work is premised on providing attention to detail on jobs both small and large.
Brunton Engineering and Construction has a significant computer aided design capability that has been applied from small mechanical tooling to large civil and structural projects. Our experience in a comprehensive array of CAD software allows us to design, visualize and simulate products rapidly and cost-effectively before fabrication.
This sort of digital prototyping allows Brunton Engineering and Construction to design innovative products, collaborate between 3D visualization and 2D documentation and ultimately deliver value to our clients.
With over 300 years of combined experience the engineers at Brunton Engineering and Construction balance a sound grasp of traditional project management techniques with modern systems designed to keep our jobs running smoothly.
Maintaining such a close and respectful relationship between company and client brings multiple benefits, including maximising cost efficiency and reducing build times. Coupled with this is Brunton Engineering & Construction’s detailed use of CAD before construction begins, comprehensively resolving any issues that may arise. The company’s ongoing commitment to unparalleled service provides clients with steadfast reassurance in the optimal outcome of all projects.
